Day Tours

  • 48+ hours before: Full refund or free reschedule
  • Less than 48 hours: No refund (reschedule may be available)

Weather Cancellations

If we cancel a tour due to severe weather conditions, you will receive your choice of:

  • Full refund
  • Reschedule to another available date
  • Credit toward a future tour

We make weather decisions as close to the tour date as possible to maximize your chances of riding.
