Day Tour Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Payments

• $50 non-refundable booking deposit (per person) is due at time of booking.
• All cancellations after booking will forfeit this booking deposit for any and all guests.
• Final payment is due 7 days before the tour and will be charged to the card on file.

Group Payments

For day tour groups of 9 or more, we ask that you pay by check or eCheck on our website. Credit card payments for groups will incur a 3% processing fee.

Weather

It does occasionally rain in the desert. While we may adjust timing to get the best out of the day, tours do go on. Please come prepared for rain and colder temperatures at times.

Rim Tours reserves the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, trail conditions, or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a trip. If Rim Tours cancels the trip, all moneys paid will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement. Rim Tours is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour, including travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness, or non-refundable tickets.
