In 1985, before Moab was a household name among mountain bikers, Craig Swanson saw something special in these red rock canyons. He started taking friends on rides through what would become some of the world's most iconic trails.
Word spread. Riders came from across the country to experience what Craig had found: endless slickrock, towering canyon walls, and trails that challenged and inspired in equal measure.
Today, Rim Tours is still family-owned and operated. We've grown from a one-man operation to a team of passionate guides, but our mission hasn't changed: share the magic of the desert with everyone who's ready to discover it.
