Day 1

โ€“ Miles: 18-25 Elevation: TBD Route: is named for the mythical flute player The Kokopelli trail is named for the mythical flute player exemplified in southwest rock art. Our route begins riding parts of Mary's Loop, Lion's Loop and the Horsethief Loop, which are the gems of the whole trail system. Portions of the ride offer spectacular views of the Colorado River and the singletrack is outstanding with some fun but challenging sections. We will camp either at Bitter Creek or Rabbit Valley. Mileage totals: 18-25 miles. Once camp is set your work is done! Your guides will take care of the details from setting up lawn chairs with hors d'oeuvres and the drink cooler nearby, to cooking up a healthy delicious meal. We have washbasins available to clean up with and a solar shower will be available for at least 1 night during the trip. It's your time to relax, whether it's lounging around camp with our library of books or setting out for a hike to explore your surroundings.
